only just got chance to reply - many thanks for all your help in resolving my problems - all back in order - new machine arrived- did not realized it was not coming straight from you and it had to be sent from another depot- anyway - happy chef and consequentially happy customers - looking on getting a dehydrator from you in a month time -had the smoking gun - great results- thanks again
