Thank you for your feedback, we do offer free delivery on orders over £75 so I think on this occasion your order just feel short of free delivery.

It is good to know free postage is an option however as I was ordering no information to tell me this appeared if there was I would have ordered more to get free postage I note it is in the bar at the top under order by 3pm for next day delivery but I discounted that box immediately as I was not in need of next day delivery
A possible improvement to the website I think so as your basket build something tells you only £x more for free delivery
