Good Afternoon, Apologies that you feel this way. One of our directors personally called you today to talk you through how to connect to the WIFI. Unfortunately you refused to talk with him. Connecting to the WIFI is very simple and something that can be done within a few minutes. Apologies again if you feel we have failed you. This is never something we aim to do.
