Had slight issue with receiving an already opened box of vacuum sealer bags. Emailed Director and it was dealt with that day. Can't really ask for better service.
I have always been happy to buy items from Sousvidetools. Their web site is good and I have had no problem with their quick delivery service. Happy to continue to use them time and again.
