Good service and good postage; terrible return policies than mean that it is not worth buying anything unless you’re 100% sure you want to keep it.

I am sorry we have disappointed you with our returns policy, it is made clear that if goods are unwanted the cost of return is to be paid by our customer.

I am sorry that this has happened, I believe a decision was made to send a set of bags that represented the same volume without consulting you and this was the wrong choice by our dispatch department so I can only apologise. This is a training issue that we need to resolve and I am very sorry for the inconvenience caused.
