Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. Payments are processed instantly but are often flagged. In your instance we felt we needed a additional piece of security information to be confident of the transaction. We don't get to see what measures were taken by the bank to authorise the transaction so I am sorry you felt that it was wasted hours, To clear up though the money certainly wasn't cleared into our account, any transactions take a minimum of 48 hrs before we receive the money, the banks have the money somewhere, not with you and not with us. I am pleased that we managed to get your order to you and you were happy with the end result.

Item arrived next day. Just as described on web site. It is proving to be the best item ok kitchen kit I have ever bought (I am an OAP). Worth the money just to save food waste alone but it does...
My parcel was delivered to the wrong door and still hasn’t arrived to me. I have now emailed twice and received no response. Awful service.

Thank you for your feedback, I believe our sales office manager has cleared up with you that you have actually been emailing DPD on this matter and not ourselves. You only emailed once on Friday after our office hours. I understand that we are now dealing with this for you to get the products to you as quickly as possible.
