I was very impressed with the response I got to my posting. While we were not happy with the back of the framing, I applaud their desire to reduce weight to keep prices down and minimize impact on the environment.
Most of all, I was pleased that they were actually interested in what I thought and why and we had a good email conversation. We DO love our print and will definitely purchase from them again.
