The course was of a very high standard and Russel was very professional and clearly explained each section. The training manuals are also clear and high quality. I strongly recommend the course.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback. I will follow up with you individually to run through some of the points you have raised. Certainly regarding the hardware issues, i have just had sign off for bigger screens in our training room and I will review the machine performance as to why the systems struggled.
