Thank you for taking time to provide a review. We are saddened to learn you are disappointed with the speed of our basic delivery service which is 3 - 7 working days. I have looked into this and can see that you ordered at 7pm on Friday 20th December and unfortunately this was past our cut off date for pre-Christmas deliveries using our basic service. However, from looking at your tracking results I can see that your order was delivered 3 working days after your order date - which was well within the basic delivery time slot you selected at the time of ordering. We are sorry you found this slow but we do hope you will shop with us again and should you require more information on delivery options or assistance before ordering, please do not hesitate to contact us on 0800 121 4110.
