I had an issue with the Slingsby website when placing the order. Despite advertising that the Customer Service telephone line was open in the evening, the person who picked up the call was unable to...

We’re sorry to hear about your recent experience with our website. We do state that phone lines are open 8AM-10PM, all calls past 5.15PM are answered by our out of hours service. Please be assured that all actions from our out of hours service is fed into our head office team and dealt with during normal business hours. We will look into further clarifying the details of our phone service on our website - thank you for bringing it to our attention. It sounds like you are now equipped with rock salt should you need it for the winter weather conditions.
