You contacted our Customer Service Team via email on 14 May to advise that you had selected the incorrect car parking product and would like to swap the booking to the car park you usually use. As you didn't take out the Cancellation Cover at the time of booking there should have been a £5.00 administration fee incurred to cover our costs of cancelling and rebooking your parking at the alternative car park. I can see that as a gesture of goodwill due to your mistake, our Customer Service Manager halved the amendment fee for you and therefore you were charged £2.50. By pre-booking through SkyParkSecure.com rather than with the car park directly, you received a discount of £6.45 on the initial price of your booking on this occasion. We're sorry that you were unhappy with our booking services on this occasion.
