Hi Christopher, thanks for sharing your feedback, and we're truly sorry for the frustration and delay you've experienced while trying to get your policy documents. To explain what happened, our system automatically links policies when account details match. Because your details were registered slightly differently (using 'Christopher' and 'Chris' alongside different email addresses), the system was unable to automatically match your account to your new policies, which is why only your expired ones were showing. We also apologize for the issues you experienced with our AI chat and the multi-factor authentication prompts. Overseas mobile numbers can sometimes encounter delivery issues due to signal or provider formatting, and we're sorry that the automated chat didn't provide a helpful path to resolve this. One of the team will give you a call to get this sorted out as quickly as possible. Thanks again for your feedback.

We're very sorry to hear that, Noemi. We can see you spoke with our digital assistant on Tuesday evening looking for some clarification around the security at your place of work. Unfortunately, this isn't a question it can answer yet, so your request has been passed to our email team. They are working hard to respond as quickly as possible, in the meantime, we would recommend you calling us on 0333 014 6683 for an immediate answer to ensure your policy is right for what you need. Thanks for sharing your feedback with us.

Hi Kerry, thank you for your feedback. We're sincerely sorry for the delay in our response to you. We really appreciate you calling in this morning and are pleased to see that our team has helped you get this resolved. Wishing you all the best.
