Shuttle Direct United Kingdom arvostelut

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and please accept our sincere apologies that your most recent experience did not meet your expectations. We completely understand your frustration, particularly as you had previously travelled with Shuttle Direct twice without experiencing any significant issues. We are sorry that this journey took considerably longer than you had anticipated and that the subsequent collection time caused further inconvenience. We would, however, like to clarify that the transfer booked was a shared shuttle transfer. The 1–1.5 hour journey time quoted on our website applies to private transfers, whereas shared shuttle transfers can take longer depending on the number of passengers being collected and dropped off at different hotels and destinations. Unfortunately, this can make the overall journey time considerably longer than travelling directly by taxi or private vehicle. We also appreciate that, having experienced a lengthy transfer on your outbound journey, receiving a collection time 4.5 hours before your flight was understandably disappointing. Shared transfers require additional time to accommodate other passengers and ensure everyone reaches the airport in sufficient time for their flights. We are sorry for the frustration caused and appreciate your comments regarding the cancellation charge. We will ensure your feedback is passed to the relevant team, as we are always looking for ways to make the information provided at the time of booking as clear as possible. Thank you again for your feedback, and we are genuinely sorry that your latest experience was not as positive as your previous two journeys with us.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and please accept our sincere apologies that your transfer experience did not meet your expectations. We are sorry to hear that you found the waiting time and organisation at Heraklion Airport disappointing, and that the staff did not provide the level of service you expected. We understand how frustrating this can be, particularly after choosing our service based on the advertised waiting time. We would, however, like to clarify that your booking was for a shared shuttle transfer. For this type of service, the waiting time starts from the moment the customer presents themselves to the service supplier at the airport meeting point, rather than from the time the flight lands. This is because the transfer operates on a shared basis and may need to accommodate other passengers arriving on different flights. We would also like to clarify that the stated 45-minute waiting time is approximate and the average, rather than a guaranteed maximum waiting period. Depending on the arrival of other passengers and the coordination of the shared transfer, the actual waiting time may occasionally be longer. That said, we fully appreciate that the experience you had did not feel well organised, and we are sorry that the service at the meeting point did not meet the standard you expected. Your comments regarding the organisation and staff have been noted and will be shared with the relevant supplier for review. We are pleased to hear that once the transfer departed, the journey itself was satisfactory. Nevertheless, we regret that the beginning of your experience was disappointing and appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us, and please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused. We take your concerns seriously and will investigate the matter further with our service supplier. We will get back to you as soon as we receive their feedback and the information requested. Thank you for your patience and understanding in the meantime.
