It was a mini bus totally full. In a covid period the social distance was not respected.
I don t care if it was in time (this is a minimum I expect from a transfer), but again in a covid environment...

We are sorry for the inconvenience. At Shuttle Direct we comply with a strict protocol against Covid. All vehicles are cleaned and disinfected daily and all passengers and driver must wear a mask.
