Most of the service offered was at meal times; breakfast, lunch and dinner All the staff were very professional, from waiters to management, and were clearly well trained and experienced.
Pre-departure, detailed and careful attention ensured that the trip went like clockwork (thank you Sardinian Places!)
In resort there was always someone to go to and always a prompt resolution to any...

Sounds like the kind of place the word 'idyllic' was made for! I note, that in addition to all the other accolades, you mention the breakfast twist - this type of unexpected extra is such a great touch and we're delighted you enjoyed your stay. Thank you for your lovely feedback, Mr Carter.

Thank you for your feedback - we do describe the apartments as 'simple in design and furnished in a typical Mediterranean style', so it's a shame you were underwhelmed - it's great to know you loved the main hotel, though, and we hope you made the most of the many benefits it offers.

This hotels offers so many wonderful benefits, but it would all be for nothing without great service to match! Thanks for highlighting this, it's much appreciated.

From start to finish they made everything easy and did exactly what they said they would do. If they did not immediately know the answer to a question, they quickly found it and got back to us. We...
