Very efficient service and the goods arrived in good time.
Would just like say that it would be better if the VAT was included in the prices.
Also, VAT was charged on postage which is not Vatable.

Pleased to hear the goods arrived safely.
With regards VAT, the product price displayed does include VAT. At the checkout stage, the total VAT amount is shown separately.
Unfortunately, VAT is payable on postage, which surprises many people.
I have emailed you the appropriate documentation.
