Thank you for such kind words. Its so satisfying to read the feedback you have written; it makes our efforts feel worthwhile. Thank you again for choosing Samara James for your diamond jewellery.

Thank for your comments with regard to your diamond necklace. It’s great you liked the quality of your piece of jewellery and I'd like to apologise for the missing email updating you on the delivery date for your necklace. This was on oversight on our part caused by a change over of our email server. Just for reference, we do also have a page on our website which gives guidance on expected delivery dates here http://www.samarajames.com/acatalog/delivery.html Many thanks for taking the time to submit your feedback on your experience purchasing from Samara James.

Thank you for your comments. We will take on board the specific mention you make of the valuation certificate. The certificate we currently offer is free of charge, and is in a standard format that many jewellers use in the UK. However, we do understand the point you are making and so we will evaluate the options to offer an upgraded version in the future for a small charge. Thank you for taking the time to submit your feedback.
