I would not recommend this service

I would not recommend this service. 1. overpriced items. 2. Lack of clear instructions and no manual with the purchased goods. 3. Missing items are common. I would use a local supplier next time.

Hello Thank you very much for such valuable feedback it is much appreciated and will be used to improve our services going forwards. We are always reviewing our product prices and we do keep them as competitive as possible, we have received a lot of positive feedback from other customers that have advised we may not be the cheapest option for all products but because of the high levels of technical help and service we provide they do prefer to come to us for the all round service. My apologies that you have had an order with a missing item I can see you have placed multiple orders with ourselves but I can only see 1 reported missing item and I am very happy to see that this was resolved as soon as this was reported to ourselves. All the very best from all the team here at R4R.

Good service and product.

Good service, quick and efficient delivery. Product is great and easy to use. Only issue was the trim covers were all marked and slightly damaged/deformed, looked like a manufacturer defect.
