Reynolds arvostelut

We have just had the Parker Knoll Albany suite returned to our showrooms. On inspection I can find nothing wrong with the suite. There is nothing that would not fall well within the accepted tolerances and appearance of a product of this nature and perhaps this should have been explained at the point of sale. We have however re stocked the suite and refunded the monies paid. In our opinion the one star rating given to this product is unfair.   

These goods were returned to us on Friday 30 June and put on show 6 feet from the showroom model at 5pm. The salesman responsible for the floor had to ask the reason for the return as he could not see anything wrong with the suite when comparing it with the showroom model. The suite was sold as a return within 4 hours of being on display. When the inspector visited you stated that you were not going to accept the goods and that your husband found it difficult to get out of the chair. You then went on to list defects all of which I consider to be well within normal tolerance. As an example one of the reasons for the customer return was that the arm pads were not equidistance. When I measured this it was 1/4" difference the best upholsterer in the world could not have improved on this or any of the 'faults' that you pointed out.
