We are so sorry for the inconvenience that you have been put to. You were served by a supplier representative, as it was our sale preview, and we were very busy. He unfortunately ordered you a left hand rather than a right hand chaise sofa bed which meant the goods had to be re ordered for you as the error was only discovered once the goods were delivered. Once again our sincere apologies.
