Thank you for the feedback which has been forwarded to the Exec team on each ship. We do limit the number of coaches allowed on each sailing and staff should always help to find spare seats when asked. Incidentally, we do have plans to increase the number of seats and toilets in 2014.

We are very sorry to hear this - a change in our pet policy is being considered at the moment for the reasons you've described so please check the website towards the end of November for an update. In the meantime, thank you for travelling with us, we do appreciate it.

Thank you for the feedback, as you are probably aware we drydock and refit the ships during winter which means we have to reduce to a two ship timetable which is the reason for the 90 minute gap. We prefer the Eagle voice announcement too! Thanks again.
