Excellent service from staff feeling unwell while on board staff were very helpful...I would however like to see prices on coffee and cold drinks cheaper !!

Overall everything was fine.

I have used Red Funnel Ferry Services for many years and have always found their staff to be very courteous and friendly. The ferries are usually punctual.

Efficient and friendly. Coffee machine was out of order on the way back though.

Red Funnel are nearly always on time, the staff are very helpful especially at the call centre. If you miss a boat they do their upmost to get you on the nect available sailing, can,t fault them.

Staff attitude is excellent, the crew at all levels help the journey.

The only issue we had was with traveling with our digs. Although we were sat away from food tables, we were advised by a very polite gentleman that we would either have to sit outside on the top...
