Always a good experience!

Friendly and attentive staff and good on board facilities. However, fares are expensive and if Red Funnel wishes to have an edge over its competitors it must offer better value.

As a resident I have to use a ferry of some sort when I go anywhere, at the moment the red funnel service is a little cheaper than the competition with much better catering facilities. The down side...

Just avoid the expensive food and drink both on board and at Southampton and the rest is okay but, to be honest, there isn't a lot of choice to get to and from the Island so what do you do?
