Terrible communication! A message went out saying do not arrive at the Southampton terminal due to Police incident. Not long after, a message was sent out saying, now operating a limited service but...

Could not get to the ferry because the chain ferry queue was blocking the road. A box hatch at the last roundabout would solve much of the problem. The cost is to high for a weekend

From start to finish our ferry crossing was trouble free. The facilities for disabled travellers were great.

Generally good and on time, except for police incident before our outbound sailing, causing delay of about an hour.
