Here at The Red Bus Cartridge Company we supply a huge range of recycled original and OEM toner cartridges.
Our recycled original toner cartridges are produced by our sister company, Jet Tec, which means that you're buying directly from the manufacturer so you can be guaranteed factory fresh stock, every time. Jet Tec was established in 1996 and for 20 years they have been leading the remanufacturing industry with their knowledge and expertise. No corners are cut when it comes to the development of products or the components that are used during the cartridge remanufacturing process. Each product is print tested to ensure your cartridge is of the high quality Jet Tec demand from each and every cartridge they produce. Supplied in attractive packaging you can immediately see that Jet Tec are a proud British company, and we are proud to supply the best remanufactured cartridges that money can buy.
Thank you for your feedback, the comments of which I have noted.
Having investigated this matter further, I understand that you requested for your delivery to be send by Royal Mail on a guaranteed next day service. Royal Mail is not our chosen courier for a next day service which was explained to you; we offered free next day delivery using Fed Ex which you chose to decline. In addition to this, we offered to deliver to an alternative address which you also declined.
I do feel that we provided you with alternative options and am sorry that your were not satisfied with these.
Kind regards
Donna
