The young man that took my call, was very helpful, friendly, answered the questions I asked, and gave a courtesy call when my application was rejected due to a Doctors appointment.

Good Customer service, new the product, answered any questions I had.
We called for a quote, were told if we didn't want to proceed you just have to call and advise, my dad has spent 1 week trying to cancel and now was told he has to sign paper work and fax it it to do...
