Hello Diane,

Thanks for comments.  As discussed, we provided you with a full refund including postage for the return of the phone as it did not suit your decor.  

We sent you the blue phone twice (the second one on a next day delivery at your request), as initially you informed us we had sent you the green instead of blue. As it transpired, we had sent you the correct blue phone on both occasions.  

In view of your disappointment of the colour, we have agreed to refund the postage for the return of the second phone too.  

We believe the image on our website is a true representation of the blue phone and matches the colour on the box.

However, we realise that some devices may project the colour in a different shade.
