Tech was friendly and efficient with a positive attitude. Communication was a little confusing on plan of action between first visit and follow up visit.
The service was excellent they arrived on time (actually a bit early) explained what they were going to and how long it would take. Gave me some notice before turning off the water and let me know...
Service Technician John V arrived with a new trainee, both wearing masks and shoe boots for protection. Both were knowledgeable and willing share information about the service and what they check for...
