Great service! Bit of a strange way of working where you can't book extra days when away when the lodges aren't booked up for the days you require :-)

Good to hear that the service you received was great. This year as a Company we have changed the way in which we make bookings with set days for arrivals which has impacted this sort of request. Where ever possible we do try to meet the needs and requests of our visitors but this may not always be possible. Will certainly look at and discuss if there is anything else we can do in this area. Its always nice to hear that people like the place they are staying at and we do all we can to ensure that all visitors at Tydd St Giles have a positive experience. In relation to the charges for the leisure complex we feel that the charge is at a level to match the facilities provided in our fantastic complex. It is really good to hear you will be coming back to stay with us and we look forwasrd to welcoming you back on park soon.

The lodge was lovely and modern, but a needed a bit of maintenance on torn wallpaper etc
