Im concerned to hear how your order arrived and value your feedback. The problem occurs for us when in some cases couriered shipments are moved within the Swedish internal postal system, to quote another customer from Sweden 'they **** *********' !
We have had a few similar problems and got around it by shipping with UPS (as they actually deliver the parcel themselves ensuring better care) albeit at a premium over 'usual' courier charges. If you would prefer to have your order shipped by UPS please contact our sales staff and this can be arranged for you. If your order was incomplete or damaged please email us at info@progrow.co.uk

We package our orders incredibly well using double wall boxes and plenty of padding, the problem occurs for us when in some cases couriered shipments are moved within the Swedish internal postal system, to quote another customer from Sweden 'they **** *********' !
