Following your enquiry, our nutritionist reviewed the recipes you highlighted and provided a detailed explanation of how calorie levels vary across our range. As outlined in the email sent to you, our meals are formulated to meet different nutritional needs, life stages, and activity levels, and feeding recommendations are tailored accordingly. We also explained that calorie and nutritional information is available to help customers select the most suitable recipes for their dogs. To summarise the nutritionist's response, some recipes are naturally more calorie-dense due to their ingredient composition and intended purpose, while others are formulated with lower calorie levels. We encouraged reviewing the feeding guidelines and selecting recipes that best match an individual dog's age, size, activity level, and weight management requirements. Your initial email conversation was asking to change from the luxury bundle to the low fat bundle in the light of your dog having surgery and therefore less mobile. The calorific content of every meal was also shared with you to help in your quest for lower calorie food. We are sorry that you felt we did not adequately address your concerns, as our intention was to provide a full explanation of the nutritional formulation behind our recipes.
