To help customers trial our range with less commitment, we offer our sample packs specifically for this reason. As much as we’d like to make returns possible, it simply isn’t something we’re allowed to do, and we’ve done our best to make this clear within our terms of business on our website. I can also see from your previous conversations with our nutritionist that your dog is now eating well on the flavours aside from Turkey, which is great progress. If you’d like any further advice or tailored guidance to continue supporting your dog’s diet, we’d be more than happy to help.
