I received my gift but effectively we were charged twice.

Received the whiskey as a birthday gift but on redeeming the gift I was charged again. Upon emailing to point this out I was reimbursed fairly quickly

Hi there, I sincerely apologise for the mix up, at the point of checkout the gift card code needs to be entered in the voucher field in the form. Once this has been added the checkout total will show £0.00 and you won't be charged. We have fed back to the web team regarding the difficulties and are looking into ways to make this clearer on the website. Was a problem with stock level, they got back to me quickly with options on how to deal with it. Once that was resolved, delivery was very quick.
