We are sorry you had trouble with the arrival of your order, and we apologise that the courier’s delivery service did not satisfy your expectations. After looking into your order, I can confirm that we dispatched your package from our warehouse on time from our warehouse on a next day service. Unfortunately, the courier service experienced a delay with the shipment. We do not advertise our “next day delivery service” as guaranteed as we know that on rare occasion, the courier can experience delays that are outwith our control (vehicle breakdowns, extreme weather disruptions, mishandling errors etc). We are very sorry that the delay happened in this case and when you made us aware of the issue, we contacted the courier to push for delivery ASAP and let them know of how urgent the parcel was. We also processed a refund for the shipping cost as we know how disappointed you are with the delivery performance. Our team will always try our best to rectify any issues and make things right again. Across our website and on individual product pages, we have multiple areas displaying detailed technical information about our products. These vary from detailed dimension drawings, pressure ratings, colour specifications and suitable purposes for our pipe. It is important to add that we specialise in water based pressure pipe systems in comparison to other retailers which sell alternative pipe products for a different purpose. If there is any confusion with sizing, compatibility and pipe types, we also have a super friendly technical team who are more than happy to help provide clarity or more guidance on what products you’re looking for. Looking into the delivery of your purchase, you placed an order on Wednesday 29th July and selected 2-3 working day delivery option. We dispatched your order on the 30th July from our warehouse. The tracking of the shipment shows that DHL experienced a delay with the package overnight but had successfully delivered the items on Monday 3rd August. This means it arrived on time within the 2-3working day time frame. We are also sorry to see that you feel this way about our carriage prices. It is important to us that we keep our carriage prices as low as we can for our customers. In doing this, we currently do not make any profit from our carrier services.
