Your renewal invitation was issued based on the same details as last year with your existing insurer. To help keep costs down, we also offer an online renewal discount when no changes are required. Our email and portal communications explain that, to qualify for this discount, the renewal must be completed online at least three working days before the renewal date to avoid any issues or necessary amendments. We can see that you reset your password on 21 September, and we attempted to contact you on 23, 26, and 29 September to discuss your renewal but unfortunately did not receive a response.
