Hi Tracey,
Thanks so much for your feedback. I'm so sorry that your parcel has not arrived, we sent this within 24 hours of your order, and so it has likely been mislaid by our courier. I've asked for a replacement order to be made up, and will give you a call this morning to arrange delivery.
Kind Regards,
Christian at Pirongs
Easy to order, quick service and high quality diaries and note books. I have used Pirongs for many years and would not go else where. Keep up the good work!

My order arrived in a matter of days despite the Corona crisis. The product was exactly what I wanted, needed and expected. Very good service!

Placed order online so did not speak to an individual to get an impression.
