terrible

I ordered on the 5th of December, payed £3.95 for standard delivery (5 business days) and it still hasn’t come now on the 17th December. I need this by Christmas Eve.

Hello, thank you for the feedback. We dispatch orders within 5 working days and the postage is 48 hrs (£3.30) from dispatch. However, as you may be aware, Royal Mail are dealing with huge amounts of parcels at the moment and deliveries are expected later than normal. I have tracked this for you and can see that it will be delivered today. I am sorry for any delay you have experienced but at this time of year and with the pandemic delays are to be expected.
