Hello, thank you for taking the time to leave feedback and I am sorry that the product appears to be faulty. We always ask that before leaving feedback that you contact us first so that we are able to rectify any problems you may have with your frame. This is one of our best selling Collections and the description does say that it is fitted with a perspex window. Please contact us on sales@photoframesandart.com with a photograph of the back of the frame showing the problems and I will arrange for either a replacement or refund for you.
