1 week and medicine not delivered!

My order was completed over 1 week ago but my medicine has not been delivered and I can’t track where it is!

Good Morning, Thank you for your review. I am very sorry to hear your delivery has not been complete as expected. I can see that your order is showing as being dispatched within 1 working day of the prescription being received, although your delivery has not yet been attempted. Please bear in mind there is increased strain on both Pharmacy2U and Royal Mail due to the current global health pandemic, this in turn is causing orders to be delayed.
