Very good customer service and plan seems to cover all aspects required. highly recommended possibly a bit pricier than other companies but you should get what you pay for.

Haven't had to claim anything yet and hopefully won't buy they came highly recommended by our vet and friends so I guess time will tell.

Slow communication and when I had clarified the details they wanted it took ages for the policy documentation to arrive. We didn't know if Molly was insured or not.
