People on the phone were very helpful. It was easy to sign up online, although it did take longer than stated (and a phone call) to revive the paperwork in the post.

Happy with the service received so far, calling is a bit of a problem though as it seems to take a long time to resolve any issues. However, claims are paid on time and that's what is important.

I found your service very easy to use and just hope that in the possibility that my pet does become ill that you'll cover him as per my contract.
