Always respond quickly to claims, do life long cover, give multipet discounts, have professional people on the phone and good paperwork.

The lady went through the type of cover but I did not know cost of them.

I lost my cat Oscar in February this year to cancer. When I claimed for all his treatment PetPlan paid out asap. I re-homed another cat a week later and I insured her with PetPlan too.

Never a problem with settlement of claims. Easy to claim as vet does all the work!!
