I had no problem with my claim for my GSD's veterinary treatment. The funds were paid directly to my vet with no questions asked.

Very helpful on the telephone, I am sure Petplan are going to be 1oo% better than our previous pet insurance company

I thought I had forgotten to update my policy and so renewed it in May. I had in fact not forgotten and had renewed it previously in March and yet Petplan took both payments and did not contact me....

The service was fine, very polite and helpful advisor.

Very quick application and receipt of policy through the post. Have been a previous customer of pet plan and been very happy with the service and care.
