I have checked the previous correspondence with our customer support team and I can see that you have ordered the wrong set of cufflinks initially, and wished to return the items.
As explained by one of our team, we are unable to accept personalised items that have been produced to your specifications in return.
I can also see a solution was offered for the label of the candle, however, you have refused it.
We have taken your comments on board and have passed them over to the relevant department.
