Ordered 24 hour delivery and 4 days later had to go pick up from delivery company myself, very unimpressed

I must apologise you experienced delivery problems on this occassion, I have reported this to our couriers management today as reference.
Just to confirm that as advised, a refund on the delivery charge has since taken place back to the card of payment

the order arrived promtly and was what i requested
Unfortunately, one of the items was broken, but Delights said they'd send a replacement in the first class post. That never arrived. They did offer to refund the cost.
