Hello, many thanks for taking the time to give us your feedback. I'm pleased your shipment arrived on time and in good condition, as we would expect if the item has been packaged sufficiently.
I'm confused to see that you've scored us 1 star however, as this doesn't match your feedback. You don't appear to have had any further shipments with us, so I'd like to understand why the rating is so low.

Good value for long parcels - arrived safely with POD - easy to use - only down side was collection time was between 9am and 6pm

Hello, thank you for your feedback. We are ParcelsPlease, not Parcel2go, it looks as though you may have your shipments mixed up. This was a shipment collecting from SN11 8YQ on 03/05/2017, delivering to 47290 on 08/05/2017. The shipment was actually delivered in 2 days, delivered on 05/05 ahead of schedule.
We'd be grateful if you could remove this review, since it's for another company and we do hope you'll use our services in future since you seem to be having a bad experience at the moment.

Apologies for first comment, wrong company and Feefo came back just in middle of dispute with another. I wish I had used you, Parcelsplease, but unfortunately couldn't do so as not having access to a printer on this occasion and I think also size of parcel. I cant seem to delete what I wrote but hope this will go some way to mitigate what I said. ParcelsPlease will get my business in future if prices are competitive.

Again, apologies wrong company. ParcelsPlease actually delivered ahead of anticipated time and goods in perfect condition.
Good service recovering our lost suitcase from the US but getting handed an extra bill for 'handling charges' was a bit ****! It initially cost me £50 to get the case back, then they wanted an extra...
