Efficient and performed the task satisfactorily.

Bad: pickup was not on the agreed day. Good: online support (Yogesh!) and delivery turnaround (better than agreed).

Difficult to navigate the web site for a first time user. I believe that there may have been a fault in the system.

Very easy to use. Had to arrange a collection for an item in Denmark with delivery back to UK.

From beginning to end, including a super pick-up man just brilliant and worry free.

Overall the service was impeccable. My parcels were picked up within 30 mins of placing the request and shipped to the other side of the world, arriving 4 days early.
