Did what it said on the tin

Why can't they do better than say 'we will collect the idem between 9 am and 6 pm'. That's an absurd length of time for someone to have to hang around.

Unfortunately this is out of our hands and is set by the couriers which is the standard time window for all couriers for pick-up.
