Packt - Easy and instant delivery. Knowlede at your hand when you need it.
Easy and without any 'hassle'. Ordering was easy and access to my ordered product almost in 'real time'

I'll buy again, the only small improvement I'd ask is : for pre orders it's hard to know which book have been released when you buy many. No title is given in the notification.

I received a book with a number of pages missing and let them know. I had to wait weeks to hear back from them - a request to prove that the pages were missing - followed by further weeks until they...

Our sincere apologies for the delay in resolving your order issue with Packt. We would like to inform whenever we come across this situation, where our books are not printed correctly or if there is any damage to the books during shipment. As per policy we need to contact our printers with screenshot of the damaged order, so that they can send replacement. However, the delay in this case was because, we were experiencing some technical problem with our mail server receiving customer’s email and hence you received the replacement book late.
