The website worked so I could access my account, unfortunately it only works on an ipaid and will not let me access my account via my computer. I find this rather bizarre and irritating.

Authentication problem
Bank is ok for rates but getting into account using authentication is very problematic. Sometimes it works easily but other times coordinating service and app is not easy. Some times I just give up....

So far, so godd...
Based on my very limited experience of Oxbury Bank to date, they seem to operate in an efficient manner and so far all my dealings have been without any problem.

Happy to support this new bank
It was easy to set the fixed rate account up and to add extra money before the 14 day cut off period ended. I later received an email to advise that the account was changed from annual interest to...

Great Experience
Haven’t had occasion to contact customer service often but when I did I found the lady on the phone charming and extremely helpful. Got through on the first couple of rings which is novel these days.
